Coaching Services

Barbells

In Person/ Virtual Sessions

Hour-long in-person sessions or, forty-five-minute Zoom Virtual sessions. In-person sessions take place in Queens Village, NY.

Solo, partner, and small group (up to 3 people) training options are available. 

Remote Coaching 

Via an app called Train Heroic that delivers your program to your mobile device weekly. You execute your workouts from anywhere, tailored to your specifications, needs, and equipment available to you, mostly autonomous with up to 4 check-ins per month with your coach.

Hybrid Coaching 

A mix of either in-person or virtual training with a remote program you access weekly via Train Heroic. I like to think of it as the best of both worlds. Hybrid Coaching offers you a flexible schedule, and autonomy over your own training, but also the accountability and guidance you need from an experienced professional.
